EX-ACS CHIEF EXECUTIVE JOINS MERCIECA

Integrated communications agency Mercieca strengthens its food and drink specialism with the appointment of James Lowman as a consultant.

James brings valuable expertise to the agency, supporting its mission to deliver standout, insight-led campaigns for some of the UK’s leading FMCG brands.

This follows a three-decade long career at the Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) where James was Chief Executive, leadinghigh-impact lobbying campaigns shaping policy on product regulation, trading hours, employment, and planning. He has given evidence to parliamentary committees, spoken at party conferences and policy forums, and has regularly represented the sector across national media.
