Paul Cheema is an industry veteran with over 30 years experience. Paul provides a powerful voice for independent retailers, often appearing on TV and radio. He is passionate about retailers learning from each other and supporting one another.

Rachael is new to the sector but brings a wealth of experience, previously working for Trinity Mirror. Rachael is the glue that holds us all together, as well as communicating with retailers and hosting videos.

Robert is the Digital Editor and manages our social media pages, as well as producing the video content. Robert previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator, and studied Creative Advertising at Falmouth University.

Sasha is our website and layout design guardian.Â
She has developed and worked with many FMCG brands over the years, including for Nestlé, Rowntrees, Herta, Libby’s, Danone and Cariel Vanilla Vodka. She was also the international brand guardian for Brockmans Gin, after playing a huge part in the initial brand / packaging design.Â
