Paul Cheema is an industry veteran with over 30 years experience. Paul provides a powerful voice for independent retailers, often appearing on TV and radio. He is passionate about retailers learning from each other and supporting one another.

Rachael is new to the sector but brings a wealth of experience, previously working for Trinity Mirror. Rachael is the glue that holds us all together, as well as communicating with retailers and hosting videos.

Robert is new to the independent retail industry, with a working background in marketing and social media across multiple channels. With a passion for content creation, writing and editing, Rob is keen to get stuck in and learn more about the sector.

Sasha is our website and layout design guardian.Â
She has developed and worked with many FMCG brands over the years, including for Nestlé, Rowntrees, Herta, Libby’s, Danone and Cariel Vanilla Vodka. She was also the international brand guardian for Brockmans Gin, after playing a huge part in the initial brand / packaging design.Â
